It is an independent villa, with a lot of privacy, with a garden (totally fenced) of about 600 square meters, 300 meters from the sea with pink-orange rocks (typical of Costa Paradiso) and a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Sardinia called 'Li Cossi 'with white sand. The villa is located in an ideal geographical context and with a wonderful 180 ° degree sea view. It is the ideal place to spend beautiful holidays in total relaxation. Linen on request, for a fee. Great location, house needs renovation

It’s a beautiful location. Long walk to a beautiful beach but without any toilets which leads to people doing their stuff in open nature which pollutes the environment and actually is terrible. House is not in good shape and communication with owner very late. No WLAN as promised and bed linen 100€ extra despite been listed as included.

old fashioned poorly maintained house with beautiful view

The location costa paradiso is perfect and the view is great. The house is unfortunately not modern at all, uncomfortable beds and all really old appliances. None of the kitchen basics like salt or oil are available, only one roll of toilet paper and all very minimalist. We had to rent bed sheets for 25€ and make our beds ourselves, a bit ridiculous. Suggest to just add to the price and avoid this extra step. House should ideally be renovated, feels like 1980s and new mattresses please!

Traumhafte Lage, Entspannung pur

Insgesamt tolle Ferien - viel Ruhe, lange Strände, freundliche Menschen...Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter.Ferienhaus in grösserer Feriensiedlung mit kleinen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf, traumhafter Blick auf das Meer, wunderbare ruhige Sandstrände (mit Auto zu erreichen).Haus wird offenbar nach und nach saniert - neuer Kühlschrank, Klimageräte, ein Bad war frisch hergerichtet. In der Küche gibt es noch etwas zu tun - der Backofen war bei uns defekt bzw auf mehrfache Nachfrage wegen Überlastung des Stromnetzes abgeklemmt, die Abzugshaube nicht funktionsfähig...alles nicht schlimm, aber wäre gut es vorher zu wissen.

Casa con veduta panoramica stupenda. Ottima posizione. Il wifi segnalato come gratuito si è rivelato a pagamento. La terza camera è soppalcata e non esiste il bidet, una delle due finestrelle era bloccata. Da rivedere l'arredamento lasciato andare nel tempo. Siamo stati comunque molto bene.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Costa Paradieso. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Das lässt die kleinen Mängel wie z. B. fehlende Polster für die Terrassenmöbel oder Ausstattung der Küche, in den Hintergrund rücken. Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand Li Cossi ist sehr schön und schon der Weg an der Küste entlang ist ein Traum.Wir hatten die Zeit sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Bella posizione

La casa ha una bellissima vista mare. Peccato solo che si sia rotto lo scaldabagno e la televisione non sia mai stata aggiustata (abbiamo sollecitato più volte). Inoltre sarebbe stato bello trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua al nostro arrivo e un sapone per le mani. Per il resto tutto okay…un po’ caro per età e disguidi dell’immobile

Ruheoase mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus ist Bestandteil eines großen, ziemlich abseits gelegenen Feriendorfes an der Nordküste. Die wunderbare Lage des in die Jahre gekommenen Ferienhauses entschädigt dafür, dass die Fahrt zu interessanten Orten der Umgebung einige Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht weitgehend der Realität, lediglich die Einzäunung ist nicht mehr hundesicher (kein Schutz vor den frei laufenden Wildschweinen in der Nachbarschaft) und die Küche mit ihrer Ausstattung hat schon bessere Zeiten gehabt. Sehr gut sind die wunderbare Terrasse und die recht kleinen Duschbäder (für jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes).

Tramonti da sogno

La vista e i tramonti che si vedono dal giardino valgono sicuramente tutto il costo. La villa è funzionale per due famiglie ed è ben attrezzata. Sicuramente consigliata per godere delle meraviglie di Costa Paradiso.

Ein kleines Paradies

Die Lage und der Ort sind sehr schön und idyllisch in Hanglage gelegen. Der Ort spiegelt wieder was der Name Costa Paradiso sagt. Wahrhaftig ein kleines Paradies. Nur das Erreichen des Strandes ist für gebehinderte Menschen nicht möglich, da der Gehweg nicht 300m zu Fuß, evtl nur Luftlinie sind und der Weg zum dort hiesigen Strand nur über eine Felswand ( ca 500-700m ) erreichbar ist.

La casa es amplia y en un sitio muy tranquilo, con muy buenas vistas. Puedes ir andando a calas o playa. La limpieza no es muy buena, la campana extractora de la cocina esta para limpiar a fondo. Falta menaje de cocina… copas para vino, algún vaso para poder poner una copa en condiciones. Las sartenes están para cambiar. La escoba estaba que daba asco cogerla, usamos una de exterior que era de cepillo duro. El recogedor brilla por su ausencia, tienes una especio de pala de playa tamaño mini, como la que usan los niños para hacer castillos en la arena… de vergüenza. La zona del salón incomoda porque no tiene sofá en condiciones ni sillón…es un sofá de obra tipo banco corrido incomodo de narices y dos sillones de mimbre que para estar un rato bien, pero muy incomodos. La zona del jardín esta muy bien, buenas hamacas, gran mesa y sillas de exterior para poder estar a gusto.

Rechazamos las quejas de este huésped al remitente, por ser infundadas y espurias. En la sala de "lavandería" hemos puesto a disposición de nuestros huéspedes vasos, cubiertos, ollas, escobas y palas. Por otro lado, nos quejamos de que este huésped español haya dejado la casa completamente desordenada y totalmente sucia como una pocilga. Ya no alquilaremos nuestra casa a un huésped tan arrogante, presuntuoso, autoritario y grosero.

maison agréable non loin de la mer avec une très belle vue

Petite maison fonctionnelle avec 3 chambres dont une en mezzanine qui donne sur le salon - salle à manger, cuisine. Elle est complètement ouverte ce que nous ne savions pas. Sinon les deux autres chambre sont grandes et il y a deux belles salles de bains et une plus petite. L'extérieur est agréable avec des chaises longues à disposition. C'est un peu loin pour aller à la mer à pieds ainsi qu'au village. La vue du jardin est magnifique.

Nice house with great views

The house has a great location with great views and proximity of beaches. The outside terrace is a great place to relax while watching the sunset. The house is equipped very well, so you can feel like home. One of the bedrooms is situated under the roof and directly above the kitchen, so it is essential to cool it down with an air condition in the evening and partially during the night as well.
