You can't see it but you can feel it and, above all, you can reach it easily: it takes four minutes on foot, the time it takes to walk the 200 metres that separate the holiday home from the seafront promenade that winds in front of Borghetto Santo Spirito. And if you want to go as far as the centre of Loano, the minutes become 30 and the kilometres 2: a splendid promenade dotted with restaurants and clubs and overlooking the Ligurian Sea. So let's talk about the possibility of a holiday in which you can do without your car, leaving it in the reserved parking area.
The flat, located on the second floor of a 4-storey building with lift, is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, dining table and sofa (convertible into a second double bed), a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The first offers induction hob, stove (also microwave) and dishwasher and of course fridge and freezer. The second is a bathroom with wall-hung toilets (WC and bidet) and a nice shower stall. This is also where the washing machine is located.

The entire flat has been recently renovated and the building offers its condominiums, as well as Sirio's guests, a small swimming pool on the roof - accessible from June to September inclusive, which is in any case a real plus in addition to the other features (and equipment) of this holiday home in Liguria.
