The two floors each have a light living and dining room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen. It is therefore ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining some privacy. The centrepiece on both floors is the sociable living room with a modern ambience and comfortable furnishing. You can relax here on comfortable sofas after a day trip or sit at the dining table for meals together. The two kitchens enable comprehensive self-catering with all accessories, a gas stove with an oven, a fridge and freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, the upper floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. Of the five bedrooms, three are furnished with a large double bed and two each with two single beds that can also be pushed together as double beds (single beds 90 x 200cm, double beds 160 x 200cm). The sofa beds in the two living rooms can accommodate four further people. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower and shower curtain, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, and a WC. For longer stays, there is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Free wireless Internet access, air conditioning in the living rooms, bed linen and towels are provided.The living room on the upper floor opens onto the balcony terrace outside. From here you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the open sea and the island Pag. Down in the garden there is an open terrace with a grill and garden furniture. There are two parking spaces available on site.The beach is an 8-minute walk away (ca. 100 metres), the town centre about 15 minutes. Cafes and restaurants await your visit within 300 metres. There are also shops within walking distance.
