The house is surrounded by greenery located in a small village Biribaci just 7 km from Umag. The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet area, perfect for a relaxing family holiday, offering easy access to various surrounding villages. The air-conditioned accommodation is located on the first floor of a family house. Ideal accommodation for those who love nature and tranquility. There is a chiropractic office next to the house, with saunas and hot tubs available for a fee.The 53 sqm apartment has a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV with lounge furniture, dining table with 4 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioner, the equipped kitchen area with electric stove with 4 hotplates, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The complete bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet and washing machine, two-bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). There is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables, night lamps, wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). At the entrance, a large covered terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and overlooks the courtyard. From the kitchen the exit to the balcony from which you go down to the garden. In the garden, a table and chairs in the shade under a mighty tree where you can spend relaxing moments in the shade. The garden is for shared use with the owners of the house.
