This home has been fully renovated. We have paid great attention to detail to include everything you will need to feel at home. Our home is bright, airy, fresh, comfortable and fully equipped!
The floor plan of the house includes a large great room with two bedrooms and a full bath on either side - the perfect layout for two families to share. We know you will also enjoy many hours relaxing on the spacious screen porch.
We are located on a very quite cul de sac street, perfect for kids to bike and scooter. The lot is wooded and private in the rear and there is parking for 4+ cars in front.
Distance to the beach is a 1 mile walk/ride. The Bethany Trolley runs from 9:30 AM until 10 PM and stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes ($0.25 per ride). You will also have access to a resident parking pass to use in town.
Bethany West pool, tennis and gym facilities are available for an additional fee of $30 per week/per person or $10 per day/per person. The walk to either pool and all of the other facilities is just 4 blocks.

I have been coming to Bethany Beach for the last 30 years with my parents and six siblings, and now with my husband and daughter. My parents are retired, full-time residents of Bethany West. We love visiting Bethany all year round. September and October are our favorite months here.
Why they chose this property
With great pride-of-ownership we are fully renovating every room in the home, as well as the porches, outdoor shower and the home's exterior. We plan to use the house a lot in the off season, and are paying close attention to detail. We want to ensure you will have everything you need when you arrive. I love to cook and am sure you will be happy to hear our kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, cookware, utensils, knives, dishes and serve-ware. If you have small children we are also including a pack-n-play crib, portable high chair/booster and bed rails. The home also includes an iron and full size ironing board, brand new gas grill and fully renovated, oversized outdoor shower. Our home sits on a private wooded lot on a lovely, quite street. The quiet cul de sac is perfect for kids to bike and scooter. From our house you can easily walk 4 blocks in either direction to both of the community pools, tennis courts, gym and play ground. The Bethany Trolley will pick you up at the end of the street and take you in to the center of town/beach. Our rental will also include a residents' parking pass to use in town.
