The house - was built in 2015 as a new building on a waterfront property with its own jetty. The furnishings are modern and the building services up to date. The property is completely fenced in and cannot be seen from the neighbourhood.
In the house - approx. 64 m² are optimally distributed over a spacious living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the shower room.
At the house - a terrace offers the opportunity to linger outside. Situated directly on the canal, the terrace with jetty offers far-reaching views of the water, meadows and fantastic sunsets. On the park side of the house there is also a shed for storage (barbecue, seat covers, etc.), as well as sufficient space in the entrance area for storing bicycles.

Schönes Haus mit "Schönheitsfehlern".
Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist auch hervorragend, direkt am Wasser mit Botts Steeg. Leider hapert es mit der Sauberkeit. Die Bettschoner waren sehr schmutzig und könnte mal gereinigt werden. Auch in den Ecken, unter der Heizung, unter der Couch und vor allem am großen Fenster, was zum öffnen war (Ausgang zur Terrasse), war es sehr schmutzig. Wir haben, so weit wie es uns möglich war, die Reinigung der oben genannten Flächen selber vorgenommen, da dies bei den meisten Ferienhäusern, die schon etwas länger in der Vermietung sind, scheinbar "Standard" ist. Wir sollten einen Eintrag ins Gästebuch vornehmen, welches leider nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Auch ein großes Problem war der Mückenschutz zum Ausgang zur Terrasse. Dieser war völlig kaput. Den haben wir notdürftig mit Klebeband gesichert, sonst hätten uns die Mücken zerstochen. Das haben wir beim Check Out auch nochmals angegeben, dass hier etwas zu reparieren ist. Ob dies weitergegeben wird, bezweifele ich allerdings. Es ist sehr Schade, dass so ein schönes Haus mit der Zeit so verkommt. Natürlich sind auch die Mieter an diesen Dingen Mitschuld, wenn man nicht sorgsam mit der Mietunterkunft umgeht. Allerding sollten solche entstandenen Mängel doch beim Check Out festgestellt werden und anschließen in Ordnung gebracht werden, damit neue Mieter auch einen schönen Urlaub in einem gepflegten Haus haben.
Dies scheint allerding nicht möglich zu sein.
