The apartment is by the southern Jadebusen. The former farmhouse is right behind the embankment and is only separated from it by the road. The North Sea is practically on the doorstep, you only have to cross the embankment about 300 metres away.

The 2100m² shared garden is fenced, but the driveway to the site does not have a gate and is open. There is a table with chairs for relaxing. There is a swing for children. Car and motorbike parking spaces are available by the house. A washing machine (payable) is available for all guests to use.
The cosy holiday apartment is on the ground floor and provides 38m² of space for up to four people. It was completely renovated in May 2017. The floors throughout the apartment are laid with laminate and all walls have new wallpaper. The front door and all internal doors have been renewed. The fully-equipped built-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The tableware, a coffee machine and various utensils were new in October 2016. An electric stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle are also provided. The living room has a sofa bed with a new flatscreen TV and a modern satellite receiver. A new dining space (2016) invites you to enjoy meals together after cooking. The bedroom has a comfortable French bed (140cm wide). The bathroom has been fitted with a new washbasin, WC, shower cubicle and flooring.
The nearest beach for swimming, also with a dog, is about 3km away (Sehestedt). It is about 40km to Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven. Dangast is a well-known holiday destination about 15km away. The nearest restaurant/café is about 300 metres away and it is about 4km to the nearest shopping facilities, a bank and doctors.
