The house is entirely on one level and all the rooms are arranged around the swimming pool and open onto a covered gallery. 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own shower room (shower, WC and washbasin): one with a 160cm-wide bed, the other 2 with twin beds. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with television and telephone open onto the swimming pool and garden.

The beach is 60 metres away, within walking distance of the villa. There is plenty of shade and the sea is calm and shallow. The town centre is around 2 kilometres away, with all amenities. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance of the house. Peace, security and privacy.
