(Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.) Enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise or move to another of the three balconies and enjoy an incredible bay view sunset. You can park the car and never leave. Next to the Crab Cake Factory, the Carousel, close to Tail Chasers, Fast Eddie's, Green Turtle, Bourbon Street on the Bay, Cafe Mirage and other restaurants. Food Lion grocery store is right across Coastal Highway. Short walk to Northside Park. Our home at the beach is meticulously maintained and offers all the amenities you can think of, and more! The unit comfortably sleeps eight, but will accommodate 10. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, there are two full beds in the third bedroom and the family room offers a queen size sleep sofa. Guests are responsible for providing their own bed and bath linens. Blankets and pillows supplied by owner. There are lighted ceiling fans and clock radios in all three bedrooms. Roku televisions in all bedrooms and a Smart TV, with Roku in the family room. Our Home at the Beach has programmable central air and heat, and a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need, including a large crockpot for easy meals. The unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season. Weekend rentals are available before Memorial Day, and after Labor Day.

This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. We only rent to families and DO NOT rent to groups of high school seniors or young adults. Condo will sleep 8-10.
