Welcome to our cozy, recently renovated apartment with private parking, located in a quiet area just outside Florence’s city center. The bright, well-kept spaces include a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and 55-inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a pleasant terrace, a double bedroom with a quality mattress, and a bathroom with window and shower. There’s also a practical separate laundry room.



The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Careggi Hospital is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the tram stop is about 9–10 minutes away on foot, connecting you to the city center and Central Station in 15–20 minutes.



The entrance leads to all rooms. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city, with a sofa bed and smart TV offering access to major streaming platforms. The bedroom features a 160x190 cm double bed with four pillows of varying firmness and blackout blinds for optimal rest. The bathroom is always clean and includes a new shower, toiletries, towels, hairdryer, and toilet paper.



The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, plus a dining table and access to the terrace. The laundry room offers a washing machine, detergents, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. A crib and high chair are available on request.



The private parking space is right in front of the building and easily accessible. The area is well served by shops: supermarket, bakery, butcher, wine shop, pharmacy, and other services are just steps away.



We provide bed linen, towels, and essentials. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Please respect the building’s quiet atmosphere. Self check-in is available for late arrivals.
