La Ferme de la Baconnerie consists of four independent character houses with private enclosed gardens, each rated 3 stars as furnished tourist accommodation, plus a reception hall on a 3,500 m² property. The estate is located 20 km from the D-Day landing beaches.



La Charreterie at La Ferme de la Baconnerie is set in the heart of a small Bessin village. This spacious, restored stone house is independent and offers five bedrooms. You will enjoy a private enclosed garden, outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a private, secure play area.



Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Water charges are covered. Electricity charges are included from 15/05 to 15/10; outside this period, 8 kWh per night are included, and any extra usage is available for an additional fee. Heating is provided by electric heaters.



DETAILED DESCRIPTION of LA CHARETTERIE:

• Ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa and armchairs, shower room with WC. One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

• Upstairs: three bedrooms—one double room with a 140 cm bed, two rooms with two 90 cm beds each, shower room with WC.

• Attic: one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, accessible from a first-floor bedroom.
