Villa Panzano-Barberino di Mugello with Lake View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Barberino di Mugello, Tuscany, Villa Panzano-Barberino di Mugello is a spacious 370 m² villa ideal for up to 8 or 9 guests. It features 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a sofa bed in one of the living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen.



The villa boasts a large kitchen with a wood-fired oven where you can learn to make pizza with a professional pizzaiolo—an experience especially loved by children who can prepare, bake, and enjoy their own pizza right by the oven.



On request, a cook can prepare typical Tuscan dishes using local products for you.



The central living area offers a billiards table, lounge, and dining room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, barbecue, high chair, and baby cot. The villa is accessible for guests with reduced mobility and has step-free interiors.



Outside, enjoy a private garden and a pool (6x12 m, 140 cm deep) set in the villa’s park. Pool towels are provided.



You can also use the ping pong table and admire beautiful views of the lake and mountains.



Parking is available on site and up to 2 pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed, but events are not permitted.



Minimum stay is 5 nights in July and August, 3 nights during other months.



The villa is part of an organic farm surrounded by greenery, 18 km from Florence and 3 km from the A1 Barberino di Mugello exit. The Mugello Circuit is just minutes away. During your stay, you can purchase extra virgin olive oil from the estate’s groves, local vegetables, and artisan honey.



Nearby, you can enjoy sport fishing and access 3 padel courts with shoe and racket rental available for an extra fee.
