*Two story dock extends well over 120' into the lake for deep water access.

*Wireless remote boat lifts.

*Newly remodeled bathrooms.

*Roomy enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold) with great views of the lake while you bathe!

*Two rope hammocks hang from arbor for ultimate relaxation.

*Inside, enjoy the air-conditioned garage which has been converted into a man cave. Play PS3 or Wii Universe on the big screen, darts, ping pong, and snooker (English 10' x 5' pool table).

*Enjoy the comfort of the tempur-pedic king mattress in the master bedroom.

*Bedroom 2 has custom built in bunkbeds with 2 doubles on the bottom and 2 twins on top, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.


*The couch in the living room and in the gameroom each pull out into queen beds, with both having tempur-pedic mattress.

*Wonderful open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and dual ovens. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer.

*Large porch out the back door with seating and a gas grill.

*I have a 21' x 6' floating mat which is an amazing water toy.

*If the water level is 317.50 feet, we can easily launch from our dock.

*The lake is full at 322 feet above sea level. As of Feb 16, 2025, the lake level is 322.

*I have mooring whips on the dock if you wish to bring your own boat.

What a view!

We love swimming, skiing, paddle boarding and relaxing at the lake. This property has a lovely view of the water and it is a short walk to the dock from the lake house. The pool table and darts were fun at night too.

Great place for a family vacation

John's house was perfect for our lake trip. The location was great (less crowded part of the lake) and his Man Cave gave us plenty to do once the sun went down. We rented jet skis nearby and floated in shallow area by the dock.

The property was beautiful, very manicured and fully equipped just like home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the kids swim and fish off the dock. We had s’mores sitting around the fire pit area and the kids loved the large swimming mat.

We had an amazing time on our staycation. The pictures don't do the house justice. Would love to return. Our 4 year old was sad when we got back home and wanted to return to the star house. Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We so enjoyed this rental. the homeowner so so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the place was clean and the game room was a Godsend. it gave the kids something to do when they had too much sun time fishing and tubing. We will deffinatly stay here again. Thank you

Excellent Property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was very nice and easy to reach. The house was wonderful, we had plenty to do with the game room and outdoor area. The dock was very nice with three ways to enter the water…which is a huge deal for us! The lake was low so we were able to touch past the end of the dock, it was a very clean area with very little rock or debris. We absolutely loved it and will book again!!

My family and I live in Dallas and we love Cedar Creek Lake! We have hosted many events at our Lake House, with many people asking if they can rent because of the fun they've had during their visit. We are excited to share our property with you! If you decided to rent my boat, I will personally come out on your arrival and show you around the property to make sure you have the best experience possible.

Why they chose this property

There is nowhere better than being on the lake and enjoying family, the lake activities and fun with friends! Living on the water gives an incredible sense of peace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Sunsets on the lake are a favorite past-time for all of us to sit on the deck and enjoy the incredible view.

What makes this property unique

With easy access to the lake, shadowed by the trees, facing south with a great breeze coming off the water - it keeps us cool no matter how hot it is outside and reduces the amount of bugs! Nothing could be better than knowing that we don't have to travel too far to escape to our little piece of heaven, as it is less than 1 1/2 hours from Dallas! Cedar Creek Lake is an amazing lake with so many areas to explore! Fireworks over the 4th of July can be seen from all over the lake! You don't even have to leave the back porch! Come check us out!
