Sehr schön sanierte Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Wenige Fußminuten zu Promenade und Strand. Leider konnten wir die Fernseher nicht nutzen da ausschließlich Smart TV (kein Kabel, Sat. oder Antennenanschluss) keine Internetverbindung in der Wohnung. Die Heizkreisverteiler waren leider nicht richtig mit den Thermostaten in den einzelnen Räumen verknüpft. Ein Schlafzimmer war dauerhaft beheizt und das Badezimmer war gar nicht beheizt. Bis auf diese kleinen Mängel, welche sicherlich aus den vor kurzen vorgenommen Sanierungsmaßnahmen resultieren, waren wir sehr zufrieden.
