Vacation apartment/apartment for 3 guests with 50m² in Grömitz (2668)

The bright and modernly furnished apartment No. 5 in the "Haus Sonnenschein" is about 50 m² in size and is located on the first floor, it can accommodate three people.
Living room with two-seater couch (with sleeping function, dimensions: 2 m x 90 cm) and armchairs as well as a small kitchenette - u. a. equipped with: dishwasher, refrigerator with *** - freezer, 2-burner stove and coffee machine. From the living area you have access to the furnished south-facing balcony.
There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm - separate mattresses) and a small room with a single bed (200 cm x 90 cm) and lots of storage space. The large, partially covered and glazed balcony invites you to spend many cozy hours.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Cable TV, stereo, radio etc. available. The apartment is completely covered with ceramic flooring and can therefore be allergy-friendly.

It is about a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 3-minute walk to the town center.

During the 2019 season, a new building will be built on the neighboring property. Construction noise may therefore have to be expected.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon, der durch die halbseitige Verglasung bei jedem Wetter nutzbar ist. Die Lage ist ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, ebenso der wunderschöne Zoo, zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten Gehzeit.
