Property composed of main house and outbuilding, 5 km from the centre of Calangianus, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, 45 km from the sea, 45 km from the beach. For shared use: large garden plants and trees, meadow 2'000 m2, swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Pittulongu" 45 km. Riding stable 15 km, sports centre 15 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 45 km, Costa paradiso 42 km, Alghero 113 km, Santa Teresa 50 km, Palau 49 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. Animals in the neighbourhood. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
