Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.

Umag, district of Murine. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport. There is a charging station for electric cars in the town (2.5 km).
