Rock & Metal Holiday Home by the River in Småland – Spökhuset Alsterbro

Spökhuset is located in the small village of Alsterbro in Småland, directly by a river and surrounded by quiet countryside. Forests, water and the typical Småland landscape create a distinctive setting for a holiday away from the ordinary.

The holiday home is clearly inspired by rock and metal culture. The interior design and overall atmosphere reflect this musical passion and give the house a strong and individual character. Spökhuset is not a themed attraction, but a personally designed retreat for guests who appreciate individuality and a unique place to stay.

A river flows directly alongside the property, changing its character with the seasons. Sometimes calm and gentle, sometimes more lively, it accompanies the stay with its natural sound. The combination of music, nature and tranquillity defines the special atmosphere of this place.

With approximately 50 square metres of living space, Spökhuset accommodates up to four guests. It is well suited for couples, friends or small groups looking for a holiday home with personality and a close connection to nature.

The bedroom offers two single beds. In the living area, a modern and comfortable sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional guests. The living area is cosy and equipped with Wi-Fi and a television with German channels. The bathroom is modern and features a shower.

The garden borders the river and is furnished with outdoor seating. It is an ideal place to spend time outside, listen to music or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Despite its rock-inspired concept, Spökhuset remains a calm and relaxing retreat in nature.

One dog is welcome, making the house suitable for holidays with a pet.

The area around Alsterbro is quiet and non-touristic. Forests, lakes and open landscapes invite guests to explore nature, take walks or simply unwind. Shops and small towns can be reached within a short drive.

The German owners live next door and are available as local contacts if needed.

A security deposit of 100 euros is required. Electricity is included during the main season. During the low season, electricity is charged according to consumption at 0.40 euros per kWh. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
