Located in La Teste-de-Buch, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this 45 m² cottage welcomes up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. Enjoy a mezzanine with a sofa bed and single bed, plus a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a balcony. The private, fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine, with dishes and utensils for 5. The living area offers a sofa and TV, and the bathroom with WC is on the ground floor. Air conditioning is available in every room. A washing machine, high chair, and baby cot are also provided.
Outside, relax in your private garden on a fenced, tree-lined plot, or on the covered terrace with outdoor furniture, private barbecue, and shelter with sun loungers. Enjoy access to a shared aquatic complex with heated pool, lagoon, waterslide, children’s pool, playground, and table tennis.
The chalet has 2 shared on-site parking spaces and a communal bike room. Events are allowed according to park rules. Please note that video and audio recordings take place in the park’s common areas.
The residential park offers many summer activities, a pétanque court, and playgrounds. Cycle paths lead to scenic rides, with several parks within 3 km. The Dune du Pilat and ocean beaches are 8–10 km away, the lake is 10 km, and the beach is 3 km. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk.
Towels and bed linens are not included. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, or a cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
