The villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Radosi, not far from Porec and approx. 8 km from the nearest beaches. Shops, restaurants and similar amenities can be found in Višnjan and Nova Vas. The holiday home is situated in a very quiet location on a 1,300 m² fenced plot. Guests have access to a 28 m² saltwater outdoor pool with sun loungers, a jacuzzi, a covered terrace with dining table, a brick barbecue, a well-tended garden with flowers, a children's playground, a table tennis table and parking for two cars. The house offers 185 m² of living space on two floors and can accommodate 6–8 people. On the ground floor, there is a tastefully furnished living area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a dining table and access to the covered terrace and garden, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From here, you have access to a balcony with a fantastic view. Two further bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub in the hallway. If you want to spend a relaxing, peaceful holiday with your loved ones, this villa is the right choice. Youth groups are not permitted.
