Dog-friendly villa with sea view, private pool, Mediterranean garden

The holiday home extends over two floors and offers approx. 220 m² of living space. The rooms are very large: the living room is approx. 30 m² in size, as is the kitchen with dining room. There are luxuriously furnished and very large bathrooms, a terrace with sea views, a garden in front of the house and another large garden behind the house. The house is rented out all year round and is fully heated; the bathrooms even have underfloor heating. Two larger bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the terrace. On the other side are two large bathrooms. Both rooms have a rustic double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) with top-quality mattresses and an additional single bed. It is up to you whether you want to use the single bed. Both rooms are connected to the first floor by the staircase in the hallway. There is another, smaller bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The hallway leads to the living room, which also has air conditioning. From here you can access the terrace/balcony, the kitchen and the dining room. The living room also leads to the garage. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV with DVD player and surround sound system. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, pans, pots and kitchen towels. There is also a toaster, microwave, kettle and, of course, a coffee machine. A dishwasher is also available.
