This spacious and beautiful vacation home, has been decorated with various Mediterranean gems. It is located in the village of Kostrena, not far from the city of Rijeka. On the first floor there is a nice kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room and kitchen you can get to the pool area, where you will surely spend a lot of time. On the second floor, which is accessible by interior stairs, there are bedrooms. For a cozy get-together, the basement with its konoba is suitable. On this level there is a bathroom with a sauna, a fitness equipment, a TV and a game console. The vacation house is situated above the village and offers a panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll.
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll. Von der Ausstattung her bietet es extrem viel an. Matratzen müssten unbedingt erneuert werden. Leider ist die Einfahrt so steil das wir mit unserem VW Touran nicht hoch kamen. Wir musste also vor dem Haus draußen parken. Einen Supermarkt in der Nähe gibt es nicht. Man muss mit dem Auto zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fahren. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist das die Vermieterin eines morgens einfach mit einem Handwerker im Garten stand ohne Bescheid zu geben. ( wir haben uns wirklich erschrocken). Ansonsten war sie sehr nett. Und das Haus war sehr sauber !

We hadden een heel prettig verblijf in Kostrena. De eigenaar verwelkomde ons en informeerde ons uitstekend. Prettige plek dit Kostrena. Gemoedelijke sfeer op de strandjes. Goed uitgeruste keuken en gave vuurplaats voor de BBQ.

Dieser Ausblick ist das absolute Highlight
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Objekt und sehr sauber. Der besonders sympathische Eigentümer kümmert sich sofort um jedes Anliegen. Rijeka selbst ist nicht so schön, aber das angrenzende Opatja dafür umso schöner. Weitere lohnende Ausflüge sind Krk und Pula. Insgesamt ein lohnenswertes Objekt; die nähere Umgebung ist allerdings für Spaziergänge weniger interessant. Wegen der Alleinlage mit einem wirklich atemberaubendem Blick spielte dies aber für uns keine Rolle. Pool dabei, fertig.
