Das blaue Haus:

A small holiday home, freshly renovated and newly furnished, located in the heart of Rachtig. The house offers a great blend of modernity and tradition. During the renovation, old elements were deliberately preserved to avoid completely altering the character of the house. 
The kitchen is on the ground floor and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The living room and bedroom are located on the upper floor. The living room features a cosy couch that can also be converted into a sleeper sofa for a third person. A satellite TV and a selection of books round out the cosy furnishings.
The bedroom and the bathroom directly adjacent to it are located on the upper floor. There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
The garden is not visible from the street and invites you to linger. Enjoy sunbathing there or wind down the day with a glass of Moselle wine. 



On-site charges: A payment will be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash.Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.The local tourist tax (Tourismusabgabe) and other applicable fees: VRT Guest Ticket. Your booked accommodation is a participating property in the ÖPNV Guest Ticket program.This allows you to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) throughout the entire VRT area free of charge. The Guest Ticket and informational materials will be provided to you by the property owner upon arrival and entitle you to use public transport throughout the entire VRT area free of charge.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
