Visitor’s tax/lodging tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our holiday rental is located on the outskirts of town, north of Wismar in the direction of “Insel Poel.” Our holiday rental was completely renovated in 2010 and is in like-new condition. The accommodation offers everything travellers need to feel at home.

The holiday apartment is a basement unit and consists of a combined living and bedroom with a small dining area. The apartment has a separate entrance leading to the hallway, from which you can access the bathroom, the kitchen, and the bedroom. Two wicker armchairs provide cosy seating for watching TV.

On balmy summer evenings, you can use our barbecue area with a grill or simply relax in the garden as the evening winds down. We provide a smoker for anglers.
