Starting in January 2025, the cosy holiday apartment No. 02 at the House on the Dune in Mönchgut/Gager will be available to you. Located in a beautiful thatched-roof house, this cosy retreat is just 50 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The property’s location is particularly inviting for nature lovers and cyclists. The fashionable Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren are just a few minutes away by bike or car. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and includes a free parking space for your car. With approximately 50 square metres of living space, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The open-concept living and dining area not only features modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchenette but also provides access to a south-facing terrace. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower. Of course, the holiday rental also features all standard and modern amenities, such as Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and other kitchen appliances.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Es war alles top: die Lage, Sauberkeit, Nachbarschaft, Betten, Parkmöglichkeit, einfach alles. Einziger Wermuthtropfen war das instabile Internet. Aber trotzdem ist diese Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.
