Es wird mir immer ein Rätsel bleiben, warum offensichtliche Mängel (Bett, Matratze, Lattenrost, Feuchtigkeit, Insekten) vom Personal, Hausmeister oder der Verwaltung nicht gesehen und behoben werden.
