Romantisches Ulmenschlösschen

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles sehr romantischei gerichtet. Badezimmer hätte etwas moderner sein können, aber war ausreichend. Was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Backofen. Wenn die Mikrowelle diese Funktion gehabt hätte, wäre es auch gegangen. Alles in Allem aber eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Wohnung die Nachst tief blicken lässt

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Kleiner Spaziergang und man ist im Zentrum bzw. an der Promenade. Die Parkplätze sind gut organisiert und ausreichend dimensioniert. Leider hat die Wohnung nur einen sehr kleiner Balkon, selbst für 2 Personen ziemlich eng. Des Weiteren gibt es keine Rolläden, Rollos oder ähnliches in Schlaf- oder Wohnzimmer. Somit ist keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunklung gegeben und ein Umziehen war mit Licht nicht möglich.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Sie ist allerdings hellhörig und die Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht verdunkeln. Ansonsten alles gut, wie beschrieben. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, genauso wie die Haltestelle zum Molli. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, abseits vom Trubel und der Stadtwald war nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Ulmenschlösschen

Buchung war reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer waren schön eingerichtet, die Betten waren bequem. Der Bäcker und Netto ganz in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten zu laufen....Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung

Kühlungsborn an sich war uns zu groß und zu voll - das ist aber Ansichts- und Geschmacksache. Die Lage des Objektes war zufriedenstellend, allerdings waren wir von der Anzahl der darin befindlichen Wohneinheiten negativ überrascht (3 Etagen á 4 Wohnungen). Unsere Wohnung war recht hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit war OK - wenn man aber vor der zu bezahlenden Endreinigung verpflichtet ist, selbst zu putzen ist das schon verwunderlich. Ebenso gab es keine Bettwäsche - hier lag wohl ein Übermittlungsfehler vor... Einen Übermittlungsbruch gab es bei vorab gestellten Anfragen, diese wurden nicht beantwortet. Das Bettwäschepaket sollte zu viel kosten. Das Fahrradabstellhäuschen war deutlich zu klein. Insgesamt war alles „in Ordnung“, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte jedoch nicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Check-In - die Dame dort war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!
