The apartment features a large penthouse terrace with a partial lake view, as well as a south-facing balcony.

Please ensure that your vehicle is no longer than 5.00 m and no wider than 1.90 m. The maximum gross vehicle weight is 2,000 kg.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.

Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
