Super Lage

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein und liegt super zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Für ältere oder in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkte Personen sowie für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde ich die Wohnung jedoch nicht empfehlen, da die Treppe sehr steil ist und die Fenster keine Absturzsicherung haben. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für uns perfekt.

Ferienwohnung mit unzureichenden Beschreibungen

Wir., eine meiner Töchter und ihre beiden Kinder (3 und 5 Jahre), planten schon lange einen Kurzurlaub in Westerland. Bei FeWo-direkt-Direkt fand ich eine Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt in der Bismarckstraße. In der Anzeige gab es eine Kategorie mit der Benennung „Optimale Extras“ mit 5 Einzelposten zwischen je 10,00€ und 30,00€. Es gab allerdings keine genaue Bezeichnung dieser Posten und auch keine Angabe im Inserat zu den Reinigungskosten für die Wohnung. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir auch nicht weiter nach „Extras“ befragt. Als wir in der Wohnung, die in der Anzeige mit bezogener Bettwäsche abgelichtet war, ankamen, waren weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage bei der Vermittlung bekamen wir dann Wäschepakete zum Preis von 30,00€ pro Person. Die Vermittlung bedauerte zwar, dass diese Angaben auf der Internetseite nicht genau betitelt waren, aber es ließ sich nicht ändern. Diese Umstände haben wir noch in keiner unserer Ferienwohnungen, die wir besucht haben, so erlebt. Natürlich hätten wir eine telefonische Rückfrage tätigen können - wir sind aber von der Vollständigkeit der Angaben ausgegangen. Weiterhin wurde in der Anzeige auf Baulärm im Nachbarhaus hingewiesen - dazu gab es einen Hinweis, dass eine Erstattung von 20 % des Tagesmietpreises gewährt wird, wenn der Lärm laut ist und das war er! Bei der Rückgabe der Schlüssel habe ich diese Umstände angegeben. Ein paar Tage später wurde uns ein Betrag in Höhe von 68,00€ erstattet, ohne die Angabe von Details. Der Baulärm war an 4 Tagen, die Wohnungsmiete pro Tag betrug 110,00 € - das allein wäre schon ein Betrag in Höhe von 88,00€! Außerdem konnten wir den zugesagten Parkplatz in der dazugehörenden Tiefgarage nur selten nutzen, beziehungsweise kamen wir durch die Baumaßnahmen nicht aus der Garage am Tag heraus. Alles in allem gefiel uns die Wohnung, aber die sich dazu ergebenden Umstände waren sehr enttäuschend, ebenso die Erstattung. Wenn man über diese App der Fewo-Direkt buchen möchte, sollte mann alle Details vorher mit dem Gastgeber genauestens telefonisch abklären!!!!!!!
