Es hätte schön werden können....
Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet für diesen Mietpreis, aber auf ein gut funktionierendes W-Lan sollte man nicht hoffen.
Einige Dinge sind Reparaturbedürftig und sollten dringend erneuert werden. Eines davon ist die Terrasse, die in meinen Augen schon eine große Unfallgefahr darstellt, da hier das Pflaster absackt. Auch die „kleine Treppe“ in den Außenbereich ist morsch – vom Gartentor, dass nur noch mit Kabelbindern hält ganz zu schweigen.
Im Badezimmer bemerkten wir die Mängel erst am nächsten Morgen, aber da hatten wir schon keinen Nerv mehr die Vermietfirma vor Ort nochmals zu kontaktieren – in der Dusche ist offensichtlich die Dichtung defekt, denn das Wasser kommt zu großen Teilen nicht aus dem Duschkopf.
Leider kann ich an dieser Stelle auch die Sauberkeit nicht lobend erwähnen – trotz Nachreinigung lässt diese zu wünschen übrig – Fenster und Türen sind schmutzig und wurden über einen langen Zeitraum nicht gereinigt. Unter den Betten und in sämtlichen Ecken fanden sich große Wollmäuse und Reste, die nur von Vormietern stammen konnten (verschmutzte Zahnbürsten und Essensreste). Die Küche klebte an den Schränken – die Klappe des Herdes ließ sich nicht schließen und die Schiebetür ebenfalls nicht, da in der Führungsschiene Schrauben fehlen.
Wer dort mit Kleinkind anreist sollte sein eigenes Bettchen mitbringen, denn dieses steht in einer Ecke hinter dem Kleiderschrank …
Entsprechend dem Mietvertrag ist die Wohnung besenrein zu übergeben – schwerlich möglich, wenn sowohl der Besen als auch der vorhandene Staubsauger nicht in Ordnung sind.
Alles in allem müssen wir schon sagen, dass dieses Mietobjekt uns in keinster Weise überzeugt hat und der Urlaub dadurch sehr enttäuschend war.
