THE VILLA PLEN SOULÈU

"Plen soulèu" is an expression in Occitan, the French Romance dialect of Provence and Côte d'Azur in France. It is a picturesque expression that is often used to describe a beautiful, sunny day or the joyful moments when the sun shines from the sky. We think this expression perfectly describes our sun-drenched villa with its special architecture and fantastic rooftop lounge with 360° panorama and breath-taking sea views, surrounded by a nicely arranged green garden, a refuge of over 1,000 m2 size.

The villa is located just 1 kilometer from the beach and a short walk (1.5 km) from a local bakery and store. It is nestled in a tranquil setting with breathtaking views. The main beach of Saint-Aygulf, where most of the restaurants are located, is only 3 kilometers from the property.

THE OUTDOOR AREA
With a beautiful terrace with barbecue and dining table, Villa Plen Soulèu provides the perfect setting for delicious lunches and dinners with spectacular views. The terrace is adjacent to the pool, where a professional counter-current swimming system can be activated on request for an extra charge. Relax on the comfortable loungers and armchairs, soak up the sun, enjoy a good book, the quiet serenity and the sweeping views.

A staircase at the side of the villa leads to the roof terrace with its luxurious lounge. This roof terrace is the absolute highlight of the accommodation and offers a 360° panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Saint Aygulf. An idyllic place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets with delicious aperitifs.

THE INTERIOR
Enter this beautiful villa with a living area of approx. 150m2, which has recently been completely renovated and welcomes you in comfort. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the inviting living room with a cozy fireplace. This room offers ample seating on comfortable sofas, a dining table for cozy dinners and access to the covered terrace where a barbecue is ready for your outdoor enjoyment.

Next to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. You can also access the covered terrace from here. A hallway leads to a separate toilet and then to the first bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a luxurious bath, double washbasin and toilet.

Next to the bedroom you will find a study room where a fixed computer screen is always available for your work needs. From this room, a staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find two further bedrooms, each with its own terrace and breathtaking sea views. A second bathroom on this floor offers additional comfort with toilet, shower and washbasin.

For extra sleeping space, there is a mezzanine with a comfortable sofa bed. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room. Discover the comfort, style and stunning views of this beautiful villa, ready to make your stay unforgettable.

The villa is equipped with Starlink WiFi connection, which offers fast internet access. A fully equipped air-conditioned office with a large screen allows you to work professionally without compromise, when needed during your vacation.

This villa is ideally located just 1 km from an intimate beach, while the main beach of bustling Saint-Aygulf is only 3 km away. Within a short 10-minute drive, you can reach the picturesque seaside town of Fréjus, where you can enjoy the charming ambience and lively atmosphere. Discover the glamorous charm of Saint-Tropez, located just 30 kilometers from the villa, while the beautiful Sainte-Maxime is just a stone's throw away, only 15 kilometers away. With a perfect location between these enchanting destinations, this villa offers the ideal base to enjoy the beauty of the French Riviera to the full.
