The "Olympia" apartment complex offers a central location just a short distance from the promenade, the beach, and the ocean. The pedestrian zone is also just a few minutes' walk away. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, was completely renovated in 2025, and is ideal for two people. It measures approximately 30 m² and consists of a living room and bedroom with a double bed, built-in closets, a couch, and a dining area, as well as a sheltered south-facing balcony with patio furniture. The TV can be swiveled so that you can watch it from both the bed and the couch. The integrated kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The modern shower room is accessible from the entryway. The entryway features built-in closets and a coat rack for jackets and other items. Wi-Fi is available, though service is not guaranteed. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival. The residential complex features a swimming pool and sauna area, as well as an additional wellness area with a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, and relaxation area. Vehicles can be parked in the underground garage for a fee and upon prior registration. Washing machines and a dryer are available free of charge. There is a storage area for bicycles in the garage.

Urlaub wie er sein sollte.
Großzügige geräumige Wohnung. Im oberen Geschoss kann man sich gut zurückziehen. Dort befinden sich Komfortable Sitzmöbel die zum Entspannen einladen.Lesen ,Musik hören oder auch Fernsehen wenn's draußen mal nicht so gemütlich ist. Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet. Eine große Essecke lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Räume sind Hell und Freundlich gehalten. Auch ist ein großer Balkon enthalten. Und nette Nachbarn gibt es da.Sehr herzlich.

Zentral gelegen und geräumig
Die gut geschnittene Maisonette Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung selbst macht einen neuwertigen Eindruck.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
