The modern, 3-room "Seerose Sylt" holiday apartment, measuring approximately 65 m², can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located—right next to the beach and just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The bright living and dining area, with its cosy sofa nook, invites you to relax and unwind. From here, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, which features a beautiful view of the dunes, a beach chair, and balcony furniture—perfect for unwinding. The separate kitchen is modernly equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee maker, as well as a small dining area. The two bedrooms ensure restful nights: one bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a TV, and storage space, as well as another bedroom with a French bed (140x200 cm). The bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light, features a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi and public parking directly in front of the house round out the amenities. Dogs are also welcome.
