Two cosy sleeping alcoves, each with two beds, a bathroom with a shower, and two separate bathrooms ensure comfort. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, while the fireplace, piano, and large terrace with an awning add special touches. An east-facing balcony, free Wi-Fi, and two bicycles for guests’ use round out the amenities.

Deliberately without a TV—but with plenty of peace, nature, and space to unwind and find inspiration.

The cabin in the moor is nestled in the protected natural area of the Lienzinger Moos—an extraordinary place for anyone seeking peace, open spaces, and unspoiled nature. Surrounded by moorland, forests, and countless hiking and biking trails, you can enjoy a holiday here far away from mass tourism. The nearby Chiemsee and the Eggstätter Seenplatte make the location particularly attractive year-round—especially for cyclists, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts.

The expansive moor and forest area begins right in front of the house, ideal for walking, biking, or simply taking a deep breath. In addition to the stunning landscape, the region also offers cultural diversity and cosy dining options.

A special highlight is the “Utz” farm café, which is about a 30-minute walk away. You’ll find additional shopping options and restaurants in nearby Eggstätt: an Edeka supermarket, a pharmacy, an ice cream shop, the Unterwirt Inn, the “Jakob” restaurant, the “Jim and Joe” bakery, cafés, a fish farm, and small inns in Moos.

Parking is available just a few metres from the cabin, in a shaded spot in the woods.

The open-concept living and dining area is cosily designed and invites you to linger. A piano is available for guests to play, highlighting the property’s unique, creative character.

The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped:
stainless-steel sink, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, waste separation system, cutlery, various kitchen appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, coffee maker, kitchen towels, cutting boards, and containers for levitated drinking water.
