Vacation bungalow with a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo

This detached vacation bungalow is situated in an idyllic location on the western shore of Lake Garda, in the renowned climatic health resort of Tignale. The house is located in the well-maintained “Sunclass Bungalows” vacation complex, in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Reserve, approximately 500 m above Lake Garda. From here, you can enjoy an impressive view of the Monte Baldo massif as well as a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Garda.
The resort offers ideal conditions for a family vacation. Amenities include a heated swimming pool with a separate baby/children’s area, a playground with a basketball hoop, an indoor play area, as well as table tennis tables and pool tables. The pool with its baby/children’s section is accessible only to guests of Sunclass Bungalows and is supervised by a lifeguard. During the high season, guests can enjoy cold drinks, ice cream, and hearty snacks at the kiosk. The front desk is available at all times and will provide you with the Tignale Card, which offers attractive discounts on excursions, hikes, and similar activities. Numerous hiking and trekking trails begin right on-site, and the impressive mountain landscape is a true paradise for mountain bikers. The small town of “Gardola,” with its beautiful piazza and many restaurants, is a 20-minute walk away. The town also offers ideal shopping opportunities (bakery, supermarket, butcher, ice cream shops, pastry shop, gas station). In 15 minutes by car, you can reach beautiful beaches in Gargnano, Porto di Tignale, or Limone sul Garda (25 minutes).
The approximately 60 m² bungalow features a spacious living and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a room with closets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Of course, there are plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses/mugs available. The bedrooms can accommodate four people, or optionally five (with the sofa bed in the living room). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Satellite TV with German channels and, of course, free high-speed Wi-Fi round out the amenities.
A charcoal grill is available for barbecue enthusiasts. On cooler days, a pellet stove with temperature control ensures a cozy atmosphere.
Final cleaning is already included in the rental price. Guests may bring their own bed linens and bath towels or, alternatively, book them for an additional fee. For vacations with small children, a high chair is provided in the vacation home. Additionally, a laundry room with washers and dryers is available right next to the front desk for a fee. A bread service provides guests with bakery items. These can be ordered online (using the QR code provided in the house). Delivery takes place the next day starting at 8:30 a.m., with payment made directly by credit card or Apple Pay. Parking spaces are located near the resort’s main building. From there, about 50 steps lead to the quietly situated vacation bungalow. The visitor’s tax (for guests 14 years and older: €2 per person per night) cannot be billed through FeWo. Therefore, you will receive a separate invoice for the corresponding amount 14 days before arrival.
