New, independent 90 m² chalet, all on one level, accessible for guests with reduced mobility and facing south.



Just 800 m from all amenities: bakery, supermarkets (open Sunday mornings and drive-through available), pharmacy. Only 100 m from forests for hiking right from the chalet. Pond and river fishing 1 km away. Gérardmer and Xonrupt-Longemer are 25 km away, and the Tendon waterfalls just 8 minutes.



The chalet features a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo, ceramic hob, oven, microwave), lounge/dining area with sofa bed, large TV, DVD player, and a large picture window opening onto the terrace. The spacious bathroom has an infrared sauna for two, a walk-in shower, sink, towel heater, and hairdryer. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, plenty of storage (raclette, waffle and sandwich makers), and foosball table.



There are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200) and large TV, the other with two singles (duvets, pillows, blankets provided) and a folding single bed. Covered parking available.



Amenities include electric shutters, underfloor heating, free unlimited Wi-Fi, foosball, games, free baby equipment (changing table, travel cot, baby bath, bouncer, high chair), garden furniture, electric barbecue, loungers, sandbox, swing, and pétanque balls. Pets allowed on request.
