This newly renovated apartment in a historic building in the heart of Graz offers three bedrooms and a balcony in a spacious layout. In just a few minutes, you can reach Jakominiplatz, the city’s central transport hub, from which all attractions are easily accessible. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building with modern comforts—ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travellers who want to stay close to the city centre yet still enjoy a cosy atmosphere. The spacious apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a large living room with a dining table and a sofa bed, and a study with a desk and another sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower is also available to my guests. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out the perfect living experience. There’s also a balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The floors are hardwood (tiles in the kitchen). The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. I provide my guests with towels and bed linens. The city of Graz charges a €2.50 tourist tax per person per night; please pay this in cash at checkout. If you need a parking spot, there’s an affordable car park nearby (a 5-minute walk) where you can park your car.
