This newly completed 2-room vacation apartment in a prime location, with an area of approximately 50 m², is ideal for a vacation with 2 to 4 guests.

Amenities

This 50-square-meter, exclusive 2-roomapartment on the 1st floor features modern, country-style furnishings and can accommodate 2–4 guests plus 1 toddler. Particularly attractive, for example, are the floor-to-ceiling windows, which create a light-filled atmosphere in the room.

In the living and dining area, you’ll find a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio. The pull-out sofa provides a sleeping area for two additional guests (sleeping surface when extended: 125x200 cm). A travel crib could also be set up here.

The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and an additional TV.

The bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer.

Enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on the furnished northwest-facing balcony.

Special Features

This non-smoking apartment, with its great beachfront location, is wheelchair-accessible and designed with seniors in mind. A portable travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests (accessories not included).

Bicycles

The underground garage features one shared bicycle storage room each for Building I and Building II (limited space). In addition, there is a storage room assigned to each apartment on this level. Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] Co. here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
