Amenities

Spanning two floors, this three-bedroom holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, right in Boltenhagen. With approximately 70 square metres of living space, it offers ideal amenities for 5 guests plus a toddler.
On the first level, there is a bright, open living and dining area, as well as a cosy dining and sofa corner. A TV and CD player, among other amenities, are available here for your use. You can step out onto the furnished balcony directly from the living area.
The open kitchenette is equipped with all standard kitchen appliances. This allows you to be completely self-sufficient every day, if you wish.
Also located on the lower level is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, is also located on this floor.
The guest/children’s room on the second floor, in the attic, features three single beds and a wardrobe. There is also another TV with a DVD player here.

Special Features

Just 60 metres from the beach, this apartment—with an lift and underground parking—is perfect for a Baltic Sea holiday —including for seniors and those with limited mobility. For our younger guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available for free use. A stair gate has been installed upstairs for safety.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
