2-room, non-smoking holiday apartment (approx. 50 sqm) on the 1st floor for up to 4 people, featuring a west-facing balcony (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture, cushions, and a parasol) and a private outdoor parking space (included).
From the entryway with coat closet, you can access the living room and the double bedroom (each with access to the spacious west-facing balcony), the small kitchenette, and the bright shower room/bathroom with a hair dryer.
The living area features a cosy seating area (corner sofa), a dining area, a double wall-mounted fold-out bed (2 single mattresses), a flat-screen cable TV, a hi-fi system, a telephone with a flat rate for calls to German landlines (cell phone numbers blocked), and[nbsp][nbsp]free Wi-Fi access (subject to availability).
The kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with two single mattresses.
Bicycles can be stored in the bike rack in front of the house or in the apartment’s own
basement storage room (the apartment key fits the lock here).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
