From the spacious entryway (with a coat rack and plenty of closet space), you enter the living room (with access to the loggia) and the open, new kitchen, the double bedroom, and the bright shower room/bathroom.
The living area features a high-quality corner sofa with a chaise longue, a fold-out bed, a dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bose sound system.
The spacious bedroom has a new box-spring bed (sleeping area 2 m x 1.80, 2 single mattresses, each with its own topper) at a comfortable sleeping height and two comfortable armchairs.
The like-new bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, towel dryer, and toilet.
The open, new kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop (2 burners), microwave, Nespresso machine, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
An outdoor parking space can be rented for 14.00 € per day (limited availability!).
Pets are not allowed.
