From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter directly into the bright living room with access to the balcony, the separate kitchen, and the convenient guest bathroom. The living area features a wood-look designer floor, a seating set (a 2-seater double sofa bed at sleeping height, approx. 1.45 x 1.95 m, and an armchair), a dining area, and a large flat-screen cable TV with a 4K TV stick offering access to online streaming services (no account required), including a remote control and voice control, as well as a radio.
From the living room, you enter the bedroom, which features a double bed (two single mattresses, each 0.90 x 1.95 m) and a second flat-screen cable TV. Here, too, you have access to the second loggia. The bedroom has direct access to the bright shower room with a toilet, hair dryer, and modern fixtures.
The separate, nearly new kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), microwave, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment are available. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
