"Sylter Bude Wellenblick" Holiday Rental – Your Modern Retreat by the Sea!<br>Discover this completely renovated, cosy, non-smoking 2-room holiday rental (approx. 51 sqm) with laminate flooring, located on the 2nd floor facing the sea and featuring a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, partial ocean view, with balcony furniture for four people and cushions).<br><br>From the entryway—which features a coat closet and kitchenette—you enter the living room (tastefully furnished by the owners, with access to the balcony), the bedroom with a double bed, and the modern shower room with toilet.<br>The living area features a cosy corner sofa that converts into a bed (slatted frame) with a sleeping surface measuring 1.70 x 2.00 metres, a dining area with comfortable chairs for four people, a 65-inch flat-screen cable TV, a radio with a CD player and Bluetooth. You’ll also find a good selection of reading material and board games.<br><br>The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with a grill, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are included as standard equipment.<br>The bedroom has a double bed measuring 2.00 x 2.00 metres with two single mattresses.<br>The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a window.
