Our bright, spacious and modern 3.5-room holiday apartment (approx. 82 sqm) is ideal for 1–2 guests and is located on the ground floor of the main house. The apartment is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with a play and sunbathing lawn. In April 2019, the entire terrace was redesigned and enlarged. All furnishings are high quality, and every room is lovingly decorated. A separate entrance leads you to the spacious hallway, storage room and guest WC. The bright living room with comfortable leather suite, reading chair, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player offers direct access to the garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with corner bench, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, fridge and dish towels provides every comfort—just like home. The bedroom features a double bed (can be separated into two singles) with quality mattresses, a chest of drawers and extra seating. There is a beautiful bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and WC. A quiet terrace under the balcony with awning and suitable furniture invites you to relax. You are welcome to use the large garden and sunbathing lawn. A new charcoal grill, fire bowl, comfortable chairs and loungers, blankets and candlelights are available free of charge. Firewood is provided. Accommodation for a third person is possible on request in a separate room. Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement.
