The enchanting Villa Santa Maria is situated in an enchanting secluded location on a completely secluded private plot on the outskirts of Artà in the north-east of the island. The villa is slightly elevated and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. On a clear day, you can even see the sea in the distance. The single-storey, terracotta-coloured villa with its cheerful green shutters opens completely onto the adjacent pool area. Various floor-to-ceiling windows give access to the terrace, which then leads to the 50 m² pool. If you prefer to place your lounger on the beautiful sun terrace right next to the house (you can use the awning), in the shade of the awning on the other side of the pool or under the tall palm trees that line the garden, the choice is entirely yours. Listen to the rustling of the giant palm trees, and is that the sea you hear in the distance? The garden plot is characterised by lush, typically Mediterranean vegetation that remains green all year round, consisting of pine and olive trees, cacti as well as flowering plants and vine leaves. The exterior of the villa resembles a Roman landscape garden with arcades and somewhat secluded seating areas under vine leaves with bunches of grapes. If you are travelling with a larger group, you will find many charming seating areas where you can, for example, explore that great book you have been waiting so long to read. On Tuesday you can visit the market in Artá. You can buy fresh, local produce in the supermarkets or weekly markets in the area and later prepare it in the cosy outdoor barbecue area or in one of the kitchens. There is a fantastic outdoor dining area in the shade of an arcade next to the house. From here you also have access to the house







Guests will be delighted by the large, open-plan living and dining area in white, which is flooded with light. White walls with pleasantly generous heights, exposed woodwork and light-coloured floor tiles provide cosy warmth in front of the fireplace. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, kettle and much more. Guests have a total of three comfortable double bedrooms at their disposal, each of which guarantees a restful night's sleep. The villa's three bathrooms are tiled in white and equipped with either a bathtub or a shower. All three bathrooms are characterised by an eye-catching detail: Subtle borders in different colours: bright red, navy blue or rich candy brown discreetly round off the white bathroom fittings.



The charming Villa Santa Maria is situated in a delightful secluded and slightly elevated secluded location on the edge of Artà, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea in the distance. If you want to go shopping, you can drive to the centre of Artà, which is only five minutes away by car. Various beautiful beaches of the north-east coast with quite different character can be reached quickly within 5-9 km and invite you to spend a marvellous day at the beach.
