the villa is spread over two floors the top floor has a bedroom with his own bathroom with jacuzzi and dressing room and several terraces overlooking the sea and the mountains and spacious living room downstairs comprises three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and several terraces with access to the garden.
The villa has a swiming pool (11x5 )and a swiming pool for children (2 x 1,5), and a big bbq with all facilities in a large porch with a table and chears for 10 people, the villa has a parking for many cars

Special Family Memories created in beautiful Idyllic villa

The property listing is very accurate and suited our needs .A special family get together for my birthday , for us the outside space made the holiday perfect …it is amazing. Breakfast in the outside terrace every morning …then in the evening we move to the dining area with bbq for chilled relaxing meals with stunning views.Thank you to Silvia for arranging a local chef to come and serve us a dinner one evening…this was amazing.

Great house & property - a lot of equipment and super friendly host! Highly Recommended!!!

We stayed in this house with our family (2 adults, 1 baby (8months) and 1 dog for a total of 2 weeks. The house is very well equipped and was very clean when we moved in. There are many storage options and also a very good equipment for small children. The pool has a perfect size and was clean as well! Silvia and Tomeu were always very helpful and always available - thank you again. The house is a bit out of the way - but in a nice quiet location. You can see the ocean from the property. A car is definitely an advantage at this finca. !! Great house in a quiet location !!

Ein super ausgestattetes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Und falls doch, bin ich sicher, dass es die liebenswerten Gastgeber organisieren würden. Das Haus hatte eine perfekte Größe für 8 Personen (5 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder), wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich mit BBQ, großem Pool sowie vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Man genießt viel Privatsphäre durch die Abgeschiedenheit, trotzdem ist man sehr schnell an Stränden oder in Städten in der Umgebung. Zum Flughafen dauert es ca. 1 Stunde. Ein Mietwagen ist Pflicht - um die schöne Insel zu erkunden aber sowieso. Wir würden definitiv noch einmal wiederkommen - auch aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses! Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Schöne, saubere Finca. Separat gelegen. Alles vorhanden was wir benötigten (6Erwachsene). Schlafzimmer sehr unterschiedlich geschnitten, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Toll zur Entspannung, jederzeit wieder ;-)

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten Aussenbereich mit tollem Pool. Es gibt einen Grill und zwei überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für Kinder gibt es Spielsachen in und ums Haus, inklusive Tischtennisplatte. Das Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer mit vier Bädern. In allen Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlage. Es war sehr gut gereinigt, die Möbel sind teilweise schon etwas älter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, einem großen Kühlschrank und einem großen Gefrierschrank. Das Ferienhaus liegt per Mietwagen rd 5 Minuten von einer kleinen schönen Bucht am Meer und einem kleinen Ort inklusive Supermärkten. Ohne Mietwagen ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Diese sind sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich direkt bei Fragen oder Problemen. Beim Check in gab es bei uns ein Missverständnis, dies wurde aber sehr schnell und gut gelöst.

Een ongelooflijk zalig plaatske

Op en top in orde. Precies zoals aangegeven. Een heel mooi huis van confort voorzien.Mooie ligging. Prachtig zwembad. Spijtig dat het niet verwarmd is. Voor zo een prachtige villa zou je toch verwachten dat er een warmtepomp of systeem met zonneenergie aanwezig zou zijn. Wij waren ook in maart en april. Dit is het enige puntje en dsn nog niet echt zo negatief.

Super schönes Haus

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kinder / 7 Erwachsene) in dem Haus Urlaub gemacht. Super schönes Haus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war mehr als Top. Ein großes Kompliment und Dankeschön für die sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr hilfsbereit , bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage war sehr ruhig , deshalb sind wir viel mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, um an etwas „lebhaftere“ Orte sowie begehbare Strände zu fahren.

My name is Bartolome, although friends call me Tomeu, I'm the administrator of our family business which has been offering over 40 years construction and mainly garden maintenance services. Since around 5 years I am also managing the rental of the holiday houses of my parents. In 2012 I bought together with my wife this house which was almost finished, it took us many years, hard work and a lot of thrill to finish the house.In 2015 once we got all necessary permits we decided to rent it.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the countryside between almond, carob and some fig trees. The fact that the house was not completely finished allowed us to finish it our liking. The house is also in a quiet environment and close to supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and other services
