The villa is not new, but has a very inviting modern touch and has been carefully and lovingly maintained. It is located directly by the sea, the beach and the road that leads to Costa de los Pinos. The property is so large that you cannot see the nearest neighbour, so you can spend your time here in complete privacy. The garden is characterised by a huge lawn area where the little ones can run and play freely and the adults can choose the most picturesque spots to relax. Here you can listen to the gentle sound of the waves and dream away from everyday life. The gate in the fence gives you direct access to the beach in front of the property; you could hardly be closer to the sea! A fabulously large infinity pool invites you to take a refreshing dip and is easily accessible via a staircase. Eight comfortable pool loungers are waiting for you to relax on them for as long as you like under the Mediterranean sky. If the UV rays are too strong, you can easily find a breezy, shady spot or use the parasol provided. Open, covered terraces offer fantastic opportunities to make your time outdoors as pleasant as possible. On the covered terrace in front of the living room, you will find an incredibly comfortable outdoor sofa from which you can look out over the sea through the loose row of trees. Due to the location of the property, travelling noises are clearly audible, but fortunately the road is not very busy and is to the rear of the house, while all rooms face the other side of the house. Behind the house there is a driveway with automatic doors and a garage for up to two cars.
This unique holiday home is divided as follows: There is a lovely entrance area with staircase, to the right is the kitchen with dining table, to the front is the living/dining room. To the left of the entrance is a long hallway with two bathrooms and four bedrooms. A spacious fifth bedroom and an extensive terrace (without railings) with sea views make up the first floor. The entire house is well-lit, has spacious rooms and windows and has been designed to utilise a lot of white. The modern furnishings impress with their moderate yet aesthetic pieces of furniture, which are harmoniously framed by light-coloured walls and an elegant marble floor. The result is a consistently discreet and individual ambience in all rooms. In the living room you can relax in a tasteful atmosphere and pass the time as you wish, whether with a good book, a delicious drink or perhaps an entertaining film on TV. On cooler evenings, you have the opportunity to retreat and let the open fire enchant you with additional cosiness, warmth and atmosphere. The musically gifted among you will love the piano, which you can play in a room with beautiful acoustics. Right next door is the rustic dining table, which is perfect for indoor meals together. The kitchen with dining area and fireplace is fully furnished and offers everything you need for your daily needs. This includes a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. So nothing stands in the way of enjoying a relaxing, flavoured morning drink in one of the sea view seats in the garden or directly on the beach. The bedrooms are all very individually designed and offer you a wonderful basis for a restful night's sleep. The marble flooring continues into the bathrooms, creating an elegant design that is unique to each room. An iron and hairdryer are provided and can of course be used by guests.
The one kilometre long beach of Cala Millor has fine, white sand and a gentle slope. It has been awarded the Blue Flag for its high water quality. The beach is monitored and cleaned daily and sunbeds and parasols are available for hire. The farmers' market is held in the town every Thursday between 4 and 4 pm. and 8 pm Cala Millor is a tourist resort that is well catered for tourists and has a range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tennis courts and mini golf. A farmers' market is held in Son Servera every Friday.

Access to the sea is often shallow.
