CA NA MARGALIDA - Fantastic country house with private pool and a few km from the beach. F

Great house for 10 people with private pool and 5.2 km from Cala Murada.
The exteriors are fantastic to enjoy the good weather on the island. You will be able to swim in the chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 0.50 to 1.60 meters. Later on, bask in the sun the sun on the loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The single-story interior offers a comfortable and welcoming style. In the large living room you can watch satellite TV. It is connected to the eat-in kitchen through an archway and the kitchen has a gas cooktop. In the house there are 5 bedrooms, all with a double bed except one with twin beds. Three of them have an en suite bathroom with a shower and there is also another bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The equipment is completed by a cot, a high chair, and 3 fans.

The house is located on the outskirts of Cala Murada. Here you will find basic services such as any supermarket or restaurant. For everything else you can go to Felanitx. The area is full of different beaches and coves such as Cala Domingos, Cala Murada and Cales de Mallorca. The nearest golf course -Vall d'Or- is only 6.1 km away.

Nice house, good pool….no pool towels, dodgy stove, bad smell in master bathroom

Positives: nice comfortable house with decent size rooms and a nice pool. Negatives: no pool towels, dodgy stove controls, horrible smell from drain in master bathroom.

Landhaus Anwesen mit viel Platz

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir waren neun Personen, die alle auf dem Anwesen ihren Lieblingsplatz fanden. Einzige Mängelpunkte waren defekte Fliegengitter sowie ein fehlender Vorhang.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage. Bei Problemen wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Ausstattung und Zimmer sehr schön. Grosser, schön angelegter Pool. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Schönes Anwesen, aber mangelnde Sauberkeit und mangelnder Service

Eindrucksvolles Anwesen, das aber in die Jahre gekommen ist. Zu den Geräten gab es weder persönliche noch schriftliche Instruktionen. Der Staubsauger war defekt, so dass wir in der gesamten Urlaubswoche nicht saugen konnten. Besen und Handfeger waren schadhaft. Niemand kümmerte sich um den Pool. Für die Bettdecken erhielten wir trotz Nachfragen keine Bezüge. Erster Kontakt mit der Agentur erfreulich: Wir durften das Haus vor 16:00 betreten. (Unser Flug war verlegt worden.) Das war das einzige Entgegenkommen: Wir hatten das Haus mit Kinderstuhl gemietet. Der Stuhl war eher ein Barhocker und völlig ungeeignet für ein Kleinkind. Eine Matratze war völlig durchgelegen (Sprungfedern deutlich spürbar). Wir baten um einen geeigneten Hochstuhl und um einen Topper für die Matratze. Wurde beides sehr knapp abgelehnt. Nach einem Sturm stank das ganze Haus nach Abwasser. Geruch kam aus einem der Bäder. Das betreffende Bad haben wir danach nicht mehr benutzen können. Die Mückennetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern waren nahezu alle defekt. Was bei der herrschenden Mückenplage weiterhin dazu beitrug, die Urlaubsfreude zu schmälern. Die Ameisenstraße in einem der Flure entsetzte sogar die (sehr freundliche) Putzfrau an unserem letzten Tag. Fazit: Das Haus macht nur auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit schlechtem Welan

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr großzügig geschnitten, perfekt eingerichtete Küche. Seh sauber! Internetverbindung schlecht, an kalten Tagen keine Heizung in einigen Zimmern. Aufgrund einer Sportveranstaltung konnten wir die Zufahrt zur Straße nicht erreichen, mussten jedoch die Finca verlassen, durften uns nicht mal mehr im Garten aufhalten. Wir standen somit 3 Stunden mit dem gesamten Gepäck vor dem Haus. Hier hätten wir uns seitens der lokalen Agentur mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht.
