The villa has an urban character, so you can immerse yourself in the centre of life: The road runs right past the house and, although audible, is only used by residents, so the noise level is bearable. The countless boat moorings and the pastel-coloured houses along the coast of the town exude a wonderful island charm. The town is divided into an old town area around the harbour and the urbanisation in the south on the beautiful Cala Marcal bay; you can decide whether you prefer to go shopping and stroll through the beautiful alleyways or swim in the salty blue. Portocolom was built as a harbour for the town of Felanitx. The fishing village officially belongs to Felanitx, where you should definitely visit the weekly market to discover delicacies that you can later throw on the barbecue.
