If you choose the Can Tianet townhouse, you will be spending your holiday in a pretty village not far from the airport. The facades of the house are characterised by the typical ochre-coloured natural paving, which gives the outdoor area a friendly appearance. The 6 x 3 metre plot is surrounded by a small wall, ensuring maximum privacy. When you dry your skin in the sun on one of the sun loungers after your swim, you can see large mill wheels behind you. These are a reminder of the island's agricultural past, before tourism exploded here. There is also a barbecue in the outdoor area, where you can grill fresh fish from one of the island's markets, and not just in the evening. The covered terrace offers a shady spot for relaxing together at the dining table or on the rattan furniture.
Another option is the spacious living room, which is accessible from the terrace. It is obvious how much attention to detail the architects have paid here in order to create the most authentic living ambience possible with an almost religious purity: White sections of wall merge into areas where the original brick is visible. A variety of bright colour combinations and the luxury of an ultra-modern fireplace create a friendly effect, making you feel immediately at home. This area flows seamlessly into the superbly equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired and provides a great setting for hearty meals with a solid wooden table. The fridge is large enough for when you get a little excited at the market. The three double bedrooms on the ground floor, complete with air conditioning, share a high quality bathroom, as do those on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom, while guests in the other room, which has two single beds, can use the bathroom accessible via the hallway. The natural stone moulded basins are a real eye-catcher. The charming seating area on the first floor also makes this townhouse the ideal option for anyone who loves a clean aesthetic.
If you are also a sports enthusiast, the extensive network of cycling and hiking trails around Llucmajor will tempt you to take a trip or two. In the town itself, idyllic cafés and a market three times a week invite you to discover fresh produce. Thanks to the easily audible road that runs right past the townhouse, you can reach the marvellous beaches of the south and east coast in no time at all. The small, quiet and in places rocky beach of Raco de S'Arena is 23 kilometres away. Cala Pi has a romantic touch, is surrounded by unspoilt nature and is therefore perfect for a long hike. The townhouse Can Tianet is located in the village of Randa, whose cloister offers panoramic views over the Mallorcan plain from a high hill. Llucmajor, just 7 kilometres away, offers numerous shopping opportunities, including the market, which takes place three times a week. In addition to an excellent network of cycle paths, a real plus point of the region are the many beautiful beaches; Es Trenc is around 30 km away.
